Description
worked on this a fair bit. did the pose.. redid the pose.. started a background .. didn't like it.. redid it.. changed the framing.. changed the size of the image.. repainted details..over all probably about 5 hours in there over a couple of days.
use of some filters and textural elements in the background with a lot of painting as well. Character fully painted.. in photoshop..
was a lot of fun.. don't usually spend more than one sit down on a painting..
hope you like

Juro not quite sure what you mean by harder shades.. as for the hands I had reference for them so they should be fine in relation to the body but one is in depth. but perhaps the head is a little large though.. which throws off the rest?
Diane, any suggestions on how I could integrate him more? I was thinking I could make him smaller, but I want him to be the main focus.. so I'm trying to make hims stand out.. perhaps I went too far
